We are now using Family ID for all of our sports registration.  Check the website regularly and links to the individual sports to get the dates for registration for each sport. Please use this link to register:

Sports physicals will be required for all sports for the 2023/2024 seasons. Link for physical form:

  • Swimming is a spring sport
  • Registration will open in the spring of 2025
  • Physicals will be required so be sure to get an up-to-date one on file in the office before the season begins.
  • Please have athletes take the Eisenschmidt Pool swim test prior to the season start date. *If your athlete has been on the swim team before or is on a club team, no test will be needed* Information on pool hours can be found on the pool's website: https://www.sthelenspool.com
